So the 'peace officers' can't be filmed while beating you.

VIDEO: Man Sticks Up For His Constitutional Rights At An Internal Checkpoint In The U.S.

Know your rights and fight for them - listen to the customs officers - 'suspicion of hiding something', 'you're causing a safety violation' - then they are condescending to the driver - gotta love "mere suspicion" and "anything outside the norm is suspicious" - his is outside the norm because he won't allow a search. Then he is told that "there will be a penalty here". The agent says "I'm pretty sure you're a terrorist". Funny to see the agents on the phone asking someone what to do as they only know their intimidation role. The driver is asked if he got the idea to do this from checkpointusa.org and refused to answer. Then he goes into "just trying to make conversation" - that "through a proxy you are employing us and we just try to do the best job possible".
They tried intimidation, fear, threats, shame, and other coercion techniques; they tried to play nice and friendly, they tried to raise their voices - all to make the driver submit to the next check. In the end he is free to go. "That we have better things to do than to play this game with you" - ordered by superiors. Told that he was free to go but officers wouldn't move, finally he is free.
